We're working hard to ensure your satisfaction every time you communicate with someone on our team - sales staff, design consultant, preferred lender, construction personnel, and of course, your Customer Service Technician.
Today, homebuilding is an increasingly complex process that requires us to orchestrate all of the players -- suppliers, tradespeople, inspectors and more -- to do just the right thing, at just the right time, every time. We'd be less than honest if we told you that always happens. That's why we apply the same program of continuous improvement to customer service as we do to our homes, surveying every new homeowner -- not once, but three times -- about all aspects of their home and their homebuying experience. We learn how well we've met their expectations and, if we fall short, what we need to do next time to exceed them.
To help you care for, maintain and preserve the beauty and value of your new home, we provide you with an extensive Homeowner's Manual, and at close of escrow a binder filled with manufacturers' warranties and use and care guides.
When it comes to our Customer Service Technicians, we think you'll appreciate the fact that they're more than just order takers with clipboards. They're on-site, dedicated and knowledgeable about your home and community, and often able to take care of many requests on the spot. Ask them about anything that happens from the front curb to your rear fence.
